Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by us: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Open the app and use Restore purchases on the profile screen. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the approximate purchase time — never send your card details.
In the app: Profile → Delete my account and data. It is immediate and permanent. Details: data deletion.
