Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your account and everything attached to it: birth details, names you entered, dreams, wishes, readings, reports and purchase history on our side. There is no grace period and no way to undo it.
Encrypted server backups are kept for operational recovery. A deleted record leaves those backups within 7 days at the latest, as the backup rotation discards them; nothing is restored from a backup to bring a deleted account back.
Seyra accounts are anonymous — there is no email or username we can look you up by. If you deleted the app without deleting your data, reinstalling on the same device restores the same account, and you can delete from inside the app. If that isn't possible, email info@pergelabs.com (subject "Seyra data deletion") and we will help; note that without the device we may be unable to locate an anonymous account.
Records held by Apple, Google or the payment processors (e.g. your store purchase history) are governed by their own policies — we cannot delete those for you.

Seyra hesapları anonimdir — seni bulabileceğimiz bir e-posta ya da kullanıcı adı yoktur. Uygulamayı verini silmeden kaldırdıysan, aynı cihaza yeniden kurmak aynı hesabı geri getirir ve uygulama içinden silebilirsin. Bu mümkün değilse info@pergelabs.com adresine yaz (konu: "Seyra veri silme"); cihaz olmadan anonim bir hesabı bulamayabileceğimizi unutma.
Apple, Google ya da ödeme işleyicilerinin tuttuğu kayıtlar (ör. mağaza satın alma geçmişin) onların politikalarına tabidir — bunları senin adına silemeyiz.
