Perge Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates mobile applications including TaxiMate. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our apps.

• Device information: Device type, operating system, and a unique device identifier for security and subscription enforcement.

• Payment information: Order references and subscription status. We do not store credit card details.

• To provide and maintain our apps and services.
• To manage your account and subscription.
• To enforce single-device access for Pro subscribers.
• To send important service notifications (not marketing).
• To improve app performance and fix issues.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU (Frankfurt region). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Account credentials are stored using secure storage mechanisms on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

Our apps may use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com)
• Open-Meteo — weather data (open-meteo.com)
• Tankerkönig — fuel price data (tankerkoenig.de)
• Expo / React Native — app framework and push notifications

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the data they collect.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
